Having spent months away training to lead and organise teams on my leadership training for the military.
I know the true power of community.
I know that however bubbly individuals might be in real life the internet is not as easy to spark up a thriving buzzing community.
That is my job and mission over the next few week before the Cohort begins to break the ice.
This is your team, we are your people, everyone who signed up has the same goals,dreams and ambitions - else they would'nt be here.
The power of a many will always outperform the few.
So even if you're introverted, shy, find ice breakers and introductions cringe...
It doesn't matter, the only way to create a place you are excited to work and have a network that cares and supports you is if you know each other!
To get the full experience out of this we are hosting a group call after the launch has closed to get to know everyone and build this community.
My first step towards this is a group Q&A + welcome call!
